Using the site

Read it, link to it, quote from it with attribution. Do not scrape it wholesale, try to break it, or use it to do anything illegal or harmful to other people. If you are an automated system rather than a person, the same terms apply to you.

What is mine

The writing, the drawings, the design and the code here are mine unless credited otherwise. Client names, logos and the work made for them belong to those clients and appear here with their agreement.

Quote a paragraph and link back, gladly. Republishing a whole piece, passing the work off as your own, or ingesting the site into a product or dataset are different things, and those need asking first.

The templates

The workspace files I have put up are free to take, use, change, and use in paid work for yourself or a client. Do not resell them as they are. They come as they are, with no promise they suit your situation.

The other things at this domain

Some subdomains run software rather than serving pages, and they are listed here so that anyone reviewing them reads something accurate.

• postiz.hanyzuhudi.com is a private instance of Postiz, an open-source scheduling tool. It is used by one operator, me, and connects only to social accounts I own or administer on behalf of clients who have asked me to. It does not offer accounts to anyone else, registration is disabled, and it collects nothing from visitors.
• status.hanyzuhudi.com is a monitoring dashboard for my own systems. It shows whether my own jobs are running. It has no user accounts and no visitor data.

Neither is a service you can sign up for, and neither processes anyone's data but my own and that of the accounts I have been asked to manage.

If we work together

Consultancy work runs on whatever we sign, not on this page. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, an engagement, or a contract, and nothing on this site creates a working relationship on its own.

What I do not promise

The site is here as it is. I write carefully and keep it current, but I cannot promise that everything stays accurate, that the site is always available, or that anything here is the right advice for your particular situation. It is not professional advice. Links out go to places I do not control and am not responsible for.

If something goes wrong

To the extent Kenyan law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from using this site or anything downloaded from it. Kenyan law sets limits on what anyone can disclaim, and nothing here is an attempt to go past them.

I update this page when the site changes, and the date at the top moves with it. There is no notification and no version history beyond the repository's.
